Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience.
  • Handle cash and card payments reliably and efficiently.
  • Support daily Customer Experience operations, including customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist across Customer Experience areas like Greeting, Exchanges & Returns, and Customer Service.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming customer environment.
  • Ensure a positive final touchpoint for customers.
  • Record information accurately in relevant systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the team for a seamless customer experience.

  • Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling customer transactions accurately.
  • Availability to work a flexible rotating roster between 9:00 am and 9:30 pm.
  • Must be available to work evenings, 3 out of 4 weekends each month, and peak trading periods.
  • Full-day availability on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting co-workers.
