Krav
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a customer-obsessed, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Strong bias for great customer service.
- High ownership.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret information, identify and validate key facts, review alternatives, and determine advantages and associated risks.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with Excel.
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon.
