I korthet

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to conduct real-time video-based identity verification for the VKYC process. Responsibilities include verifying customer identities, checking ID documents, matching faces, spotting fraud, and assisting customers politely while adhering to company policies and government regulations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct real-time video-based identity verification of customers.
  • Answer live video calls with new customers to check their identity.
  • Verify original ID cards shown on camera to ensure they are real and not modified.
  • Ensure the person on the video call matches the photo on their ID card.
  • Verify customer location using the map system.
  • Spot fake documents, fake photos, or suspicious behavior and report to team lead.
  • Take screenshots, enter customer details, and save session details accurately.
  • Politely assist customers, answer questions, and guide them through the call.
  • Follow company procedures and government safety laws.

Krav

  • Experience in oral and written communication.
  • Experience in deploying identity and access management systems, or strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Prior VKYC experience.
