Ansvarsområden
- Support senior colleagues and perform administrative tasks for equipment and systems operations.
- Assist in maintaining procedures, building management systems, and incident documentation.
- Provide maintenance assistance by prepping materials and performing instructed administrative tasks.
- Support onboarding for new employees, vendors, and interns, including equipment setup and access requests.
- Assist in developing and managing operational procedures (MOPs, SOPs) and team SharePoint sites.
- Take accountability for assigned project components and share ideas for improvements.
Krav
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check.
- Authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 2+ years of technical services experience in high-availability environments (e.g., data centers, oil and gas, hospitals, pharmaceuticals) with a High School Diploma/GED.
- 1+ year(s) of technical services experience in high-availability environments with an Associate's Degree or technical trade certification.
