Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor customer accounts and perform aging analysis
  • Follow up on overdue receivables and manage collection activities
  • Process bank transfers and payment allocations
  • Perform account reconciliations and clear entries
  • Support month-end activities, including provision calculations
  • Manage customer master data and documentation controls
  • Review credit limits and support credit release processes
  • Coordinate legal collection follow-up and guarantee tracking
  • Support trade compliance documentation and reporting activities
  • Assist with audit requests and document archiving
  • Support selected purchasing and administrative processes as required

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations
  • Knowledge of collection processes, customer account management and credit control practices
  • Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English
