Saab is looking for a Country Security Manager to oversee security in a high-risk country, handling information, personnel, and physical security, risk assessments, incident management, and compliance. This role requires experience in high-risk environments and strong communication skills in Swedish and English, with travel expected.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage security in all domains, including information, personnel, and physical security.
  • Support, analyze, and set requirements regarding compliance against internal and external regulations.
  • Lead and coordinate Saab security for travel in the region.
  • Conduct risk management, including risk assessments.
  • Manage incidents and crises.
  • Provide teaching, training, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external parties.

Krav

  • Experience working in or with to high-risk environments.
  • Experience of developing risk mitigating actions and protocols.
  • Experience of producing SOP or other steering documents.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, both to high-risk environments and within Sweden, sometimes on short notice.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
  • Trustworthy with strong ethics and high personal integrity.
  • Ability to understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment.
  • Must pass a security vetting based on current regulations.
  • Understanding of security related issues in the business process and/or in an international context for government authorities (desired).
