The Coordinator_Site role within the GAP division in Busan, South Korea, is crucial for managing projects from initiation to customer acceptance. This position requires close collaboration with field technicians, internal departments, and customers, overseeing technical and commercial aspects of installation and commissioning.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare assignments by inquiring about general conditions (technical, logistical, and commercial)
  • Serve as the customer contact during installation and commissioning
  • Brief and debrief erection and commissioning engineers
  • Supervise assignments through continuous progress, cost, and schedule monitoring
  • Ensure invoicing in consultation with Finance
  • Participate in design review meetings
  • Conduct 'lessons learned' meetings to feedback project findings
  • Manage claims (preparation of obstruction and delay notices)
  • Assist the project manager with the 'commercial closure' of the project
  • Review and process requests for installation and commissioning (including specification)
  • Prepare quotations for installation and commissioning

Krav

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering with business knowledge, industrial engineering or comparable
  • Technical knowledge about turbo and/or screw compressor packages and related auxiliary equipment
  • Field service or workshop experience
  • Confident handling of MS O365, ERP system (SAP is a surplus) and PLM system
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • High communicative skills in dealing with internal interfaces, customers, and suppliers
  • High resilience & ability to prioritize and high degree of initiative
