Alstom is seeking a Program Manager for their Technical department, focusing on signaling service products. The role involves defining and structuring the Control Room concept, managing development roadmaps, and ensuring product deployment and operational maintenance. The ideal candidate is an engineer with at least 7 years of experience in development/project management, team leadership, and a strong understanding of reliability and cybersecurity.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define and structure the Control Room concept and product in conjunction with international teams.
  • Define the development roadmap and align it with development frameworks.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap (development, deployment, operational maintenance).
  • Propose product specifications aligned with solution needs.
  • Lead developments related to the product portfolio (R&D, Sustaining, project specifications).
  • Manage and adhere to Quality, Cost, and Delivery commitments for R&D programs/Work Packages.
  • Ensure successful deployment of products across solutions and projects.
  • Coordinate entities adjacent to the development center.
  • Evaluate, train, and provide ongoing development for team members.
  • Support team members and develop their technical, technological, and interpersonal skills.

Krav

  • Qualified engineer in Electronics/Computer Science.
  • At least 7 years of experience in development and/or project management.
  • Experience within a demanding industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • Interest in next-generation system, hardware, and software development methodologies.
  • Experience in critical reliability and cybersecurity environments.
  • Enjoy taking on challenges and interacting with users.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
