Ansvarsområden
- Monitoring and optimizing wind turbines and transformer stations in real time
- Responding quickly to alarms and unforeseen errors to minimize downtime
- Planning and performing switching operations under Wind Electrical Safety Rules (WESR)
- Handling permits and ensuring proper return to normal operation after maintenance or incidents
- Ensuring open communication with internal teams and external authorities
- Preparing precise operational reports and contributing to the coordination of grid balance
- Identifying and sharing opportunities for process improvements
Krav
- Technical education as an electrician, wind turbine technician, or similar
- Experience with electrical systems or wind turbine operations
- Experience from a control room is an advantage
- Ability to thrive with shift work and keep your head cool under pressure
- Good IT skills and ability to navigate digital systems confidently
- Fluent Danish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong safety focus and systematic, collaborative work approach
- Ability to make independent decisions and communicate clearly
- Living within daily transport distance of Esbjerg
- Security clearance from the Danish Energy Agency
