Responsible for acquiring goods and services vital to company operations and projects. Optimizes costs, ensures quality, and mitigates legal risks through strategic contract management. Requires 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement, with 2 years of people leadership experience.

Ansvarsområden

Identify, qualify, and select suppliers of services and indirect goods.
Build long-term alliances with key suppliers and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Centralize purchasing to avoid duplication and leverage volume discounts.
Design and lead tender processes, negotiating prices, discounts, and payment terms.
Draft, review, renew, or terminate legal agreements in conjunction with the Legal Department.
Ensure contracts comply with current legislation and protect the company's interests.
Implement cost-reduction initiatives and seek savings within 'spend tail'.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand operational requirements.
Prevent off-contract purchases and ensure adherence to internal processes.
Manage the purchasing cycle from order issuance to invoicing verification.
Address delays, billing errors, or quality issues with contracted suppliers.
Procure support services, spare parts, marketing materials, office supplies, and professional services.
Draft, review, and renew commercial terms, SLAs, and payment terms.
Optimize expenditure and evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Ensure supplier compliance—legally, financially, and regulatorily—with internal standards.

Krav

Intermediate English level.
Intermediate legal knowledge, with the ability to understand and manage contractual and compliance-related requirements.
Advanced Supplier Relationship Management skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement within a high-mix manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience, including team management, development, and performance oversight.
Proven experience leading end-to-end negotiation and contracting processes.
Experience partnering with internal stakeholders, including department directors, plant managers, legal, and finance teams.
Demonstrated experience in supplier development.
