Mack Defense is seeking a Contracts Director in Allentown, PA to manage complex government contracts, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and administration. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience, and knowledge of FAR/DFARS, with a base salary between $128,300.00 - $158,400.00 annually.

Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and negotiation and administration of contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage cradle to grave contract management including reviewing contract documents and advising management, internal organizations, and customers of contractual rights and obligations.
  • Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities.
  • Examine proposal requirements and estimates, prepare bids, analyze terms and conditions and other contractual documents to evaluate risk, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Coordinate internal audit programs, monitor overall audit findings, and compile and communicate audit status reports.
  • Establish operational plans for contract programs, developing and implementing new processes, standards, or operational plans.
  • Prepare proprietary information agreements, teaming agreements, export licenses/agreements and various types of memoranda.

Krav

  • Self-starter with the ability to handle complex contracts with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated skill and ability to perform complex tasks and strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
  • Experience with different contract types including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Type and Time and Material contracts.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
