Accenture is hiring a Contracting Counsel Manager in Copenhagen to provide legal and commercial support for technology and services transactions. This senior-level, full-time role involves negotiating complex agreements, managing legal risk, and advising stakeholders on digital, cloud, and emerging technologies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and data-related contracts.
  • Support contract transactions involving digital, cloud, systems integration, and emerging technologies.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk considerations.
  • Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risk with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior legal professionals on more complex matters.

Krav

  • Law degree (JD or equivalent) and authorization to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 4 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally within technology, consulting, or outsourcing.
  • Experience negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong business judgment.
