Ansvarsområden
- Drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Analyze data, develop loss and performance dashboards, and conduct root cause investigations.
- Support continuous improvement projects, process documentation, and presentations.
- Participate in Kaizen activities and WCM pillar initiatives.
- Develop and improve digital solutions for loss identification and analysis.
- Assist with WCM governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop training plans and procedures for new hires and transfers.
- Support WCM and Education & Training (E&T) projects.
Krav
- Suggested majors: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Information Systems.
- Interest in continuous improvement methodologies and project management.
- Resume submitted in English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Ideally some manufacturing experience.
- Sustainability knowledge is a plus.
