Electrolux Group is looking for a Content Designer / UX writer to join their Digital Experience team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. This role focuses on designing content for appliances and their controlling apps, working within cross-functional agile teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design excellent content experiences, including information architecture, UI microcopy, instructional content, and naming conventions.
  • Manage content and translations in Figma and CMS, ensuring timely delivery for biweekly releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Post-Purchase, R&D, Brand) for a consistent customer journey.
  • Work with design, research, product, and engineering peers to solve problems.
  • Contribute to the design system by updating the global glossary and creating guidelines and patterns.
  • Utilize data, insights, and research to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Krav

  • 5+ years of experience writing content for web/mobile products.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UX design principles and interaction patterns.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Experience with content management systems, such as Phrase.
  • Experience with design tools, such as Figma.
  • An online portfolio, or PDF, that shows a range of your work.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Ability to design simple screens and flows using a design system is a plus.
  • Champion designs and language that are accessible, scalable, and culturally-aware.
  • Experienced with localization and accessibility best practices.
  • Ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
  • Engage in constructive design critique.
  • Use empathy, logic, data, and insights to evaluate and improve content.
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive with a collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable prioritizing multiple teams and requests with assistance.
  • Comfortable with organizational ambiguity and change.
  • Always interact with integrity and honesty.
