PhonePe is looking for a Content Creator to lead their share.market trading channel. This role involves being the on-screen personality for financial education videos, researching and scripting content about trading and capital markets, and utilizing AI tools to build content systems. The ideal candidate will have strong on-camera presence, financial understanding, and an AI-native mindset.
Ansvarsområden
- Own video content from idea/featuring to iterations as per audience wants/needs
- Maintain high presentation standards
- Write and refine scripts
- Track performance and improve output
- Build scalable content systems using AI
- Train internal teams on AI workflows to help scale content velocity
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing for seamless production pipeline
Krav
- Strong on-camera presence
- Strong financial understanding (money psychology, stockbroking, capital markets, fintech ecosystem)
- AI-native mindset (use LLMs for research, build reusable AI workflows, experiment with new tools, automation-first)
- Strong audience instinct (understand scrolling, hooks, platform nuance, cultural timing, retention signals)
- 3–5 years in content creation or marketing
- Demonstrated AI usage in workflows
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in broking/fintech/consumer tech preferred
- Combine creativity with data thinking
- Create content for yourself (not just brands)
- Like financial content & care about how to create wealth in long term
- Trained yourself on AI tools & built workflows on the same
- Understand CRM/lifecycle tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.)
