I korthet

As a Consulting Analyst (DPO) with HCLTech, you will act as the primary point of contact for SAP RISE customers, understanding their requirements and facilitating solutions with the TechOps team. This role requires expertise in SAP Basis, cloud technologies, and S/4 HANA, with no expectation of hands-on technical work.

Ansvarsområden

  • Understand customer requirements about their SAP Landscape and facilitate solutions and technical services with alignment of SAP backend support (TechOps) team on SAP RISE Platform.
  • Act as the primary SPOC for RISE customers, engaging regularly to provide guidance on SAP Landscape functioning and maintenance.
  • Work closely with SAP IAE, CAA, TSM, CDM teams to ensure customers have necessary guidance for their SAP Landscape functioning & planning.
  • Join customer meetings, answer technical queries, and present assessments.
  • Identify root causes of ongoing issues, existing processes and procedures, and determine resolutions, improvements, and enhancements.
  • Implement resolutions and enhancements to improve existing processes and procedures.
  • Create precise and detailed analyses & reports for monitoring the health of the business.
  • Create business requirements for enhancing functionality of process workflows to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage client and internal business relationships within various assigned projects to ensure smooth progress and improvements.

Krav

  • Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • 2+ years of Cloud knowledge (e.g. through Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management).
  • Good understanding & hands-on experience in S/4 HANA Application & HANA database.
  • Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in any of hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is a plus.
