Reckitt is seeking a SAP Ariba Consultant to provide functional support, configuration, and continuous improvement for their Ariba platform, covering both Upstream and Downstream procurement processes. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure stable operations, optimize processes, and support digital procurement transformation initiatives globally.

Ansvarsområden

Support and enhance Ariba Upstream modules including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Spend Analysis.
Manage Ariba Downstream modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Supplier Enablement, and Procurement Operations.
Handle incident management, service request management, and change/release management for the Ariba platform.
Support integration between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP MDG, SAP Business Network, and other financial/supplier systems.
Monitor interface performance, troubleshoot integration failures, and support data synchronization.

Krav

4 to 7 years of SAP Ariba experience.
Minimum 2 years supporting both Upstream and Downstream processes.
Experience in AMS or Global Support environments.
Experience with multinational procurement operations.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Spend Analysis, Buying, Invoicing, Guided Buying, and SAP Business Network.
Functional skills in Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Purchasing Processes, Vendor Management, and Spend Analysis.
Technical knowledge in SAP Ariba Configuration, SAP Integration Concepts, Master Data Management, XML/CXML Concepts, Interface Monitoring, and Data Analysis/Reporting.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.

Önskade kvalifikationer

SAP Ariba Certification preferred.
SAP S/4HANA Procurement knowledge preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Retail industry experience preferred.
