Ansvarsområden
- Manage data center construction and integration activities.
- Coordinate meetings and activities of vendors and cost managers.
- Ensure new processes increase cost savings and improve cycle times.
- Provide recommendations for data-driven decisions on projects.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Report on project progress regarding scope, schedule, standards, and budget.
- Analyze safety and security metrics to drive action and accountability.
- Advocate for adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements like OSHA.
- Provide feedback on engineering documentation, site, and building plans.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders like CO+I, CSE, and RE&F.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA).
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 5+ years experience working on data center projects.
- Additional 3+ years of related experience for preferred qualifications.

- Typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year.
- Specific range for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
