Ansvarsområden
- Analyze and evaluate compressor aerodynamic performance and re-rate existing designs.
- Size and select mechanical rotor components such as bearings, seals, and gearing.
- Design compressor aerodynamic components including impellers and diffusers.
- Work extensively with numbers, calculations, and spreadsheets to support engineering decisions.
- Prepare engineering documentation for preliminary aerodynamic and mechanical designs.
- Collaborate with global teams, including applications and aftermarket groups.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Nuclear Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or project experience welcomed)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex calculations
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
