Transcom is looking for a Part-Time Company Psychologist in Iloilo, Philippines to provide confidential counseling, conduct psychological assessments, and design organizational wellness programs. The role requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology and an active professional license.
Ansvarsområden
- Provide confidential, one-on-one therapy for employees dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, or personal issues.
- Conduct psychological evaluations to identify mental health conditions, learning disabilities, or behavioral concerns.
- Act as the immediate point of contact for individuals experiencing severe emotional distress or workplace emergencies.
- Design and implement wellness programs, stress-management workshops, and training sessions.
- Advise HR teams or leadership on strategies to improve team dynamics and prevent burnout.
- Attend weekly wellness team synchronization meetings, potentially in the evenings.
- Adhere to a weekly 1:1 schedule with the supervisor, potentially in the evening.
- Provide weekend support to the Wellness Team.
- Submit daily activity logs and coaching/counseling notes in the Wellness App.
Krav
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology.
- Hold an active license to practice in your jurisdiction.
- Exceptional active listening, empathy, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to navigate and respect a diverse workforce.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Coverage: Onsite, three-days per week between Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to accommodate client meeting requests outside of usual coverage.
- Involvement in Wellness Team engagement and project implementations.
- Collaboration on training modules and facilitation of Wellness Learning Sessions.
