Amazon India is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and implement compelling internal communication and engagement campaigns for its operations workforce. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing communication channels, and crafting narratives for diverse audiences across India.

Ansvarsområden

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan for Amazon India Operations.
Execute internal communications plans for new programs, policies, organizational changes, and operational updates.
Manage communication channels and monitor channel performance through data and metrics.
Proactively identify emerging topics, trends, and issues, developing timely communication plans in response.
Partner with stakeholders at operation sites to facilitate execution of internal communications during issues, crises, and critical business moments.
Collaborate with translation agencies to ensure all communication materials are accurately and appropriately localized for associates across the region.
Actively integrate Amazon's core business values, Leadership Principles, and strategic initiatives into everyday communications.
Continuously identify opportunities to Invent and Simplify, creating scalable mechanisms and consistent communication experiences for employees.

Krav

5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
Bachelor's degree
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exemplary written and oral communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies (including radio, digital screens and mobile apps) and for multilingual audiences (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)

Relevant experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising, or experience in an operational role
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
