As a Communication Specialist in Joliet, IL, you will develop and lead strategic communication initiatives within the Distribution/Customer Fulfillment Center to ensure operational success. Ansvarsområden

  • Lead strategic communication initiatives within the unit in alignment with matrix partners.
  • Promote communications best practices, securing resources for the unit strategic communications plan.
  • Find new, innovative communication solutions that deliver business results and reach strategic objectives.
  • Actively push for improvement of content creation, driving effectiveness and efficiency in communication fit.
  • Support the unit leadership team with identifying opportunities to apply or enhance communications resources.
  • Maintain communication resources applicable to the People objectives and requirements.
  • Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Krav

  • Experience with strategic planning or business planning.
  • Experience with crisis communication.
  • Understanding of communication trends and the ability to turn them into effective communication.
