Ansvarsområden

Coordinate and execute communication tasks and projects supporting business development.
Create and activate content in relevant channels to reach target groups.
Make strategic messages clear, simple, and understandable through inspiring communication, visualization, layout, and storytelling.
Secure the IKEA tone of voice by providing support, guidelines, tools, and templates.
Participate in relevant networks and cross-functional assignments.
Act as an ambassador for the IKEA Brand, culture, and values.

Krav

Relevant education in communication or equivalent work experience of at least 3 years in a similar role in a multinational company.
Proven experience in creating simple communication solutions that support the business and engage people.
Understanding of communication planning, channels, and stakeholder needs.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, adapting to the company's tone of voice.
Practical skills in presentation design and visual concepts.
Hands-on, structured, and service-minded team player who builds trust and takes responsibility for deadlines.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Motivated to share and live the IKEA culture and values.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with graphic design and layout using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop for photo editing and image adjustments.
Experience with content management systems, web publishing, and common communication platforms.
Interest and curiosity in exploring technical solutions like AI, meeting platforms, SharePoint, and similar tools to improve communication and collaboration.
