As Commercial Activity Leader at IKEA Bangna, you will lead and inspire your team to optimize the shopping experience, driving sales and profitability. Ansvarsområden
- Ensure vitality in stores across all media by working closely with the commercial team.
- Optimize campaigns, activities, and the commercial calendar to increase visitation.
- Use knowledge and data of markets and competitors to secure an appropriate range mix.
- Choose and present the IKEA range to inspire and satisfy visitors’ tastes and preferences.
- See the store through the eyes of customers and provide feedback for improvement.
- Lead and evaluate the planning process for the store, collaborating with the commercial team.
- Proactively work with the commercial calendar, coordinating campaigns and activities.
- Secure volumes in line with IKEA business rules.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities through attractive activities, events, and campaigns.

- Experience in sales steering, layout as commercial tool, promotional planning and/or commercial execution.
