Ansvarsområden
- Manage assigned portfolio including strategic accounts, trading partners, intercompany, and end customers.
- Review open/active accounts for collection efforts.
- Prepare and communicate monthly Statement of Accounts to all assigned customers.
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates, including pre-due date reminder calls/emails and follow-up on aging balances.
- Identify, validate, and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
- Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with the proper owners/resolvers.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or any equivalent field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, Finance Operations.
