Ansvarsområden
- Perform collection process for assigned entity: contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payments
- Deliver high level of customer service
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts
- Participate in resolution of unclear payments
- Evaluate customer account and payment history
- Elaborate the reports (periodical and upon request)
- Prepare and update process maps and desktop procedures
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments & refunds and resolve billing & customer credit issues
Krav
- Fluent German and English - required
- Solid experience in OTC Collections area
- Confident user of SAP in the Collections field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills & telephone manner
- Customer-focused and a real team player
- Efficient at working in a fast-paced environment with great time-management skills
