Edwards Vacuum is hiring a CNC Machinist I for the 2nd shift at their new facility in Buffalo, NY. This entry-level role involves learning to operate CNC equipment under supervision and supporting production. The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of machining experience or relevant technical education and can read basic blueprints.
Ansvarsområden
- Operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, or balancer machines under supervision.
- Follow standard safety protocols and quality procedures.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in alignment with 6S principles.
- Collaborate with Cell Support Engineers and Team Leaders to identify and resolve basic issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
Krav
- 0–3 years of machining experience or technical education/certification in CNC machining.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and receive feedback.
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available.
