Ansvarsområden

  • Operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex machining or process issues.
  • Champion 6S workplace practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for technical issues in collaboration with engineers and team leaders.
  • Mentor and train junior machinists.
  • Recommend process optimizations and support new setups.

Krav

  • 8+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.
  • Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship not available).
