Ansvarsområden
- Create G-code and prepare programs for CNC equipment using Fusion 360
- Perform machine setup and preparation prior to operations
- Operate manual and automated CNC machines, including Lathe and bandsaw equipment
- Conduct quality inspections and control checks on manufactured parts
- Collaborate with Verification Engineers on dimensioning and tolerancing control
- Maintain equipment, materials, and the Mechanical Workshop environment to required standards
- Perform basic maintenance of CNC equipment
- Manage stock levels, raise purchase orders, and monitor raw material and end-tool consumption
- Monitor the workshop environment to ensure it meets requirements and report any abnormalities
Krav
- Background or experience in mechanics, with CAD competency
- Hands-on experience with automated CNC machines, including Mill and Lathe operations
- Solid understanding of Preventive Maintenance practices
- Strong ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role
- 2 or more years of relevant experience is preferred
