We are looking for a Cluster Manager for Amazon Now, responsible for the complete operations of dark stores, including quality, productivity, and cost efficiencies. This role involves leading 3P run Micro Fulfillment Centers, managing people, and driving process improvement initiatives to ensure a best-in-class quick commerce experience. The position is based in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Delhi.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure a safe work environment.
Lead and supervise 3P run Micro Fulfillment Centers.
Responsible for the overall Quality, Productivity and dark store performance.
Appraise performance; resolve problems; and address staffing needs.
Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements.
Ensuring Building health and inventory metrics with best in class quality metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders and drive adoption of best practices.
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
Learn and understand system interventions for order processing and apprise teams of new processes.
Carry out resources planning periodically and remove capacity constraints.
Ensure best practices in people management and accountable for compliance.
Manage People and team development.
Create leaders and talent pipeline.
Do cross functional and cross mile interfacing and take up for the best practices and initiatives.

Krav

1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
