Microsoft seeks a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Security to drive customer transformation on Azure and Microsoft 365. This customer-facing role involves owning the technical relationship, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring customers achieve business value through differentiated security solutions. The role emphasizes building trust, influencing roadmaps, and collaborating across teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers/partners to Microsoft Global Security, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Position and deliver solutions focusing on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management, and Cloud Security (e.g., Zero Trust).
  • Accelerate business value by improving security posture and ensuring "Secure by Design" principles.
  • Align individual skilling to team demands and Customer Success goals.
  • Run Architectural Design Sessions to develop implementation plans.
  • Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role (internal and/or external).
  • Experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
