Microsoft is seeking a Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive customer security transformations using Purview Data Security, Sentinel, and Defender XDR solutions. This customer-facing role involves owning the technical relationship, providing architecture design, implementation support, and ensuring operational health for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in security solutions and a proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive customer transformation in Security Solutions, owning customer engagements including architecture design sessions, implementation projects, and pilots.
  • Remove technical blockers and drive successful customer security outcomes through design and engagement with key customer teams.
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers, driving positive customer satisfaction and providing feedback from customers/partners.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and best practices with Microsoft's Global Security, Engineering, and Product teams to influence the solution roadmap.
  • Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (e.g., Zero Trust) across Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management, Data Security, and Cloud Security.
  • Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage and identify opportunities to improve customer business results.
  • Identify resolutions to customer blockers by leveraging SA subject matter expertise and delivering according to MS best practices.
  • Accelerate business value of overall Security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring a "Secure by Design" framework.
  • Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans, governing design in line with customer business goals and technical environments.
  • Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.
  • Leverage technical experience in foundational security, AI, and architecture design, with deep Subject Matter Expertise in security domains like Data Security, Zero Trust, threat management, SOC monitoring (SIEM/SOAR), XDR, Cloud Security, and Identity.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, OR equivalent experience.
  • Breadth of knowledge across Microsoft Cloud security domains: SIEM & XDR, Purview- Data Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, and Identity.
  • Expertise/experience focused on Purview Data Security (DLP, MIP, IRM), Defender for Office (MDO), Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender For Cloud (MDC), Defender for Endpoint (MDE), Defender for Identity (MDI), Defender for Applications, and Identity (Entra ID).
  • Breadth of technical security experience and knowledge, with depth and Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following domains: Data Security (DLP, MIP, IRM), SIEM and Cloud Security Analytics, Security Operations Center (SOC), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Identity.
  • Proven ability to map customer needs to technical solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Security Solutions and competitors.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills, and drive for results.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in previous roles.
  • Ability to quickly resolve customer escalations by coordinating appropriate resources.
  • Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Microsoft Security architecture, CISSP, CCSP or equivalent.
  • Ability to convey the business need and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
  • Situational fluency: Using self-awareness to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase ability to 'read the room'.
  • Insightful listening: Asking insightful questions to understand customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, deep technical expertise, and success building trusted advisor relationships with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers.
