Microsoft is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Cloud & AI Data to design and deploy AI and data platform solutions on Azure. This customer-facing role involves leading technical engagements, from architecture design to production deployments, focusing on unified, governed, and AI-ready data estates. The position requires a strong understanding of Microsoft's AI and data capabilities and involves collaborating with customers to achieve business outcomes.

Ansvarsområden

Lead hands-on customer engagements to design and build AI and Agent solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI & Agent Services, GitHub, SDD, and market-proven patterns.
Engage customer IT and business leaders to understand AI priorities, data estates, governance needs, and business outcomes; design secure, scalable Cloud & AI Data solutions.
Lead architecture design, create Data & AI platform roadmaps, and drive POCs, pilots, and production milestones across various AI and data scenarios.
Own technical delivery for dispatched engagements, partnering with CSAMs to ensure Azure consumption and customer success plans are accurate.
Use and contribute repeatable IP, templates, and frameworks to accelerate deployment and improve consistency.
Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for data acceleration engagements across Data & Analytics workloads.
Lead workload health, resiliency, security, and capacity management for mission-critical data workloads and production-scale AI.
Resolve technical blockers and adoption issues, and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
Maintain deep expertise in Cloud & AI Data priorities, market trends, and Microsoft’s evolving data, AI, and agent capabilities.
Maintain advanced proficiency in priority workloads, including Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, Microsoft IQ, and related AI/agent scenarios.
Demonstrate a growth mindset by aligning skills to customer and team priorities, contributing to communities, and mentoring others.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
4+ years experience in cloud, AI, data platform, analytics, database, or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, data engineering, database administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+years experience in cloud, data platform, analytics, database, AI, or infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, data engineering, database administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+years experience in cloud, data platform, analytics, database, AI, or infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
4+ years experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud, AI, Data, Analytics, Database, or Security technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI Foundry, Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, or equivalent cloud/data certifications.
