I korthet

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI to guide customers through their AI transformation journey using Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. This customer-facing role acts as a strategic advisor, accelerating AI adoption and change management to deliver business value and ROI.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive business value through AI Transformation by translating customer challenges into actionable, high ROI solutions.
  • Lead architectural design and engage with decision-makers to drive sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
  • Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
  • Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Engage in communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and accelerate customer AI transformation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback to inform internal strategy.
  • Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous learning in AI technologies and adoption strategies.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 3+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, OR equivalent experience.
