Vattenfall seeks a Cloud Engineer with a focus on Network to join their Digital Platform Operation Team. Responsibilities include cloud networking, scripting, automation, and security. The role requires an academic IT degree, cloud experience, and strong technical and social skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based network architectures.
  • Automate network infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like PowerShell, Bicep / Arm.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues in cloud environments.
  • Write scripts in Powershell, Bash and create/maintain automation based on scripts using e.g. REST.
  • Use tools like ARM templates, Bicep, Ansible or DSC for Configuration Management.
  • Troubleshoot OS issues with Windows and Linux.
  • Ensure proper usage of tagging, permission handling, naming and policies.
  • Manage and react on alerts from Azure Security Center.
  • Manage Azure DevOps (create project rooms, licenses management, feature enablement).

Krav

  • An academic Degree in IT, engineering, science or mathematics.
  • Experience with cloud services.
  • Experience in a large international environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to translate complicated technical matters into simple understandable language.
  • A broad and versatile profile with one or several areas of deeper technical knowledge.
  • Expertise on Network in Cloud environments.
  • Basic understanding of OS, Backup, Security, Databases, Web, Azure Paas Services.
  • Ability to code and/or script.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Interested in new technologies and a fast learner.
  • Willing to develop to a T-Shaped Cloud Specialist and has a background in network.
