Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to creating a pleasant and safe environment for children.
  • Register children, monitor and entertain them in the playroom, and maintain a clean environment.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of children's activities.
  • Build meaningful and empathetic relationships with children and their caretakers.
  • Strictly adhere to all IKEA play facility and safety & security policy and procedures.
  • Support in other areas of the customer experience function as needed (e.g., cashier, greeter).

Krav

  • Experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to create a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Skills in monitoring and entertaining children.
  • Ability to build relationships with children and caretakers.
  • Strict adherence to safety and security policies.
  • Willingness to support cashier and greeter roles.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
