Ansvarsområden
- Lead wheeled excavator projects end-to-end, from concept to closure.
- Set milestones and adapt plans together with cross-functional teams.
- Manage budget, risks, resources, and scope.
- Coordinate closely with purchasing, production, and aftermarket.
- Ensure quality and safety compliance, in close coordination with Product Safety.
- Represent projects in front of relevant steering committees and decision gates.
Krav
- Degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading complex projects.
- Proven record of iterative, milestone-driven project delivery.
- Strong facilitator, comfortable driving iterative, cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in German and English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Technical know-how in vehicle hardware development is a strong merit.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
