Nordea is seeking a Chief Enterprise Architect, Advanced AI, to shape the company's AI strategy and enterprise architecture. This full-time role involves creating practical adoption roadmaps, establishing governance standards for responsible AI, and leading transformation initiatives within the banking sector.

Ansvarsområden

  • Shape enterprise architecture and AI strategies, creating practical adoption roadmaps.
  • Establish clear architecture principles, reusable patterns, and governance standards for AI adoption and application modernization.
  • Translate business priorities and customer needs into technology and architecture direction aligned with Nordea’s 2030 strategy.
  • Build scalable and well-governed architecture for predictive, generative, and agentic AI.
  • Champion AI architecture that is secure, private, explainable, traceable, resilient, and responsible.
  • Lead simplification and rationalization across Nordea’s application, technology, and platform estate.
  • Support major transformation, modernization, and platform initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration between business, technology, data, engineering, security, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Share expertise and mentor architects and platform teams through reviews and guidance.

Krav

  • At least 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, including Chief Enterprise Architect, Head of Enterprise Architecture, or equivalent senior role in a large, complex organization.
  • Extensive experience in financial services or a highly regulated environment (banking, insurance, pensions, wealth management), with a strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, security, and data privacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to define AI strategies and adoption roadmaps, align initiatives with business objectives, and establish architecture and governance for responsible AI.
  • Strong understanding of large language models, generative AI, and agentic AI, including secure integration, governance, and scaling in a regulated environment.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale transformation, application modernization, platform simplification, or technology rationalization.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Deep cloud architecture expertise, preferably in Microsoft Azure or AWS, including hybrid and regulated cloud environments.
  • A TOGAF certification or an equivalent recognized enterprise architecture qualification.
  • Hands-on experience establishing enterprise AI reference architectures, reusable AI patterns, or governed AI platforms.
