The Chief Architect defines and governs the enterprise architecture strategy, aligning technology decisions with business objectives for scalability, security, and digital transformation. This senior leadership role involves guiding transformation initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring alignment with compliance and operational excellence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, strategy, principles, standards, and technology roadmap.
  • Translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and future-ready technology architecture across applications, platforms, data, cloud, infrastructure, and integration layers.
  • Lead architecture governance forums, solution review boards, and design authority discussions.
  • Guide large-scale transformation initiatives, modernization programs, cloud adoption, platform engineering, automation, and digital innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption for measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, CTO/CIO, delivery, product, security, and operations teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineering teams.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technology debt, integration gaps, scalability concerns, and security exposures.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, data privacy, resilience, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
  • Support vendor evaluation, technology selection, proof of concepts, platform rationalization, and build-versus-buy decisions.

  • Proven experience in defining and maintaining enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Experience in translating business strategy into technology architecture.
  • Experience leading architecture governance forums and solution review boards.
  • Experience guiding large-scale transformation, modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business leaders and various technical teams.
  • Technical leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate architectural risks and technology debt.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, data privacy, and operational excellence requirements.
