We are seeking a Change Order and Pricing Analyst to join our team in Mexico. This role involves reviewing change requests, quoting costs and lead times, managing pricing updates in Oracle, and ensuring accurate order entry. You will also be responsible for error correction and continuous improvement efforts.

Ansvarsområden

Perform initial review of incoming Change Requests to determine process flow and how to handle change.
Work with internal stakeholders to determine and quote the cost and lead-time impact of the requested changes.
Communicate with Emerson Impact Partners to resolve issues and provide guidance on change requests.
Update pricing and commissions in Oracle and FF2 as needed.
Investigate and resolve pricing errors and disputes.
Enter and commit orders, correcting unit price, tag, currency, deal, and quantity errors.
Ensure communication between Impact Partners and production support teams for order transmission.
Recognize and correct different errors to successfully transmit orders to the Oracle system.
Identify and initiate continuous improvement efforts.

Krav

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal systems, tools, and business processes.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to follow structured processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Foundational ability to learn and apply product knowledge.
Confidence in managing ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
Ability to interact effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Experience working in customer-facing, operations, order management, supply chain, sales support, or project coordination environment.
Exposure to enterprise systems, business applications, or technical support platforms.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
Proven ability to remain effective and make sound decisions in situations involving uncertainty or changing requirements.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams within a global organization.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to continuously learn and develop new skills.
