Change Management Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate engineering changes (ECR), ensuring smooth implementation while minimizing business and customer impact

• Manage cross-functional activities, collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to align priorities and execution

• Drive end-to-end change management processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of program objectives

What we’re looking for

• Engineering or Business Administration degree.

• Solid experience in change management, logistics, or quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, APQP, and structured change processes

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, with strong communication skills and English proficiency
