Ericsson is seeking a C/C++ Embedded Software Engineer to develop 5G User Plane Control software in Kraków, Poland. Ansvarsområden

  • Develop new features for the 5G RAN, participating in all design phases.
  • Improve the quality of the scheduling software.
  • Collaborate with architects on architecture details and concerns.
  • Implement UPC domain care backlog items.
  • Drive technology leadership.

Krav

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in C/C++ programming.
  • Experience in development of real-time embedded systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clean code programming style and mindset.
  • MSc/BSc level in a technical subject area or equivalent knowledge.
  • Good English language skills in both writing and conversation.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • General programming skills (e.g., Python) is an advantage.
  • Experience with AI-powered developer tools in daily software development workflow (e.g., AI code assistants, automated code review, AI-driven testing or debugging tools).
  • Knowledge of 5G and LTE (4G) standards (3GPP) is an advantage.
  • Keen interest in the long-term evolution and success of the Baseband SW product.
  • Enjoy teamwork and being part of a global organization.
