As a Catalog Specialist for Grocery Catalog Operations and Intel (GCOI), you will execute catalog data management workflows to ensure product accuracy and completeness across Amazon's grocery platforms. This role involves processing daily operational tickets for new item creation, attribute corrections, and defect resolution, directly impacting customer experience and supply chain efficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute catalog operations including new item setup, defect remediation, and listing adjustments.
  • Process tickets generated by catalog automation systems for manual investigation and resolution.
  • Validate and correct product attributes like temperature ratings, expiry information, and barcode assignments.
  • Investigate catalog discrepancies by cross-referencing internal tools and supplier data.
  • Support new merchant onboarding by processing bulk catalog loads and resolving defects.
  • Maintain operational trackers, SOP documentation, and audit trails.
  • Track and report progress on assigned tasks and collaborate to meet goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing status updates and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Experience working with customers.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience with automation and any version control tools.
