Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the primary POC to assist Vendors' queries related to VCS (Vendor Catalog Support).
  • Input, update, and verify product data, specifications etc in our catalog management system.
  • Audit and correct product information for accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Formulate SOPs for the entire team to develop scalable solution around catalog.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on product listings and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to catalog management and related tools.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1+ years of sales or account management experience
