I korthet

As a Retail Carts Attendant at IKEA in Costa Mesa, California, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by providing car loading services, maintaining shopping tools, and assisting customers. This part-time role requires a focus on customer needs and supporting various customer service areas within the store.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
  • Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
  • Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe tools.
  • Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and escalate matters to a manager when needed.
  • Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
  • Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture embraces diversity.

Krav

  • Must be able to work nights & weekends.
  • Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.
  • Working outdoors 50% of the time.
