Join IKEA as a part-time Carts Attendant in Fishers, Indiana, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience by providing efficient car loading/unloading services and maintaining store tools. This role involves direct customer interaction, issue resolution, and supporting various customer service areas.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean.
  • Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Fill physical shopping tools at closing and monitor their condition.
  • Report IT issues and remove unsafe physical stands or tools.
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues independently, escalating to a manager when needed.
  • Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
  • Contribute to an environment where diversity of co-workers and customers is embraced.

Krav

  • Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.
  • Working outdoors 50% of the time.

  • Open availability required Monday-Sunday.
  • Must be able to work nights & weekends.
