I korthet

As a Part-Time Carts Attendant at IKEA in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by providing car loading services, maintaining shopping tools, and addressing customer needs. This role requires availability on weekends and involves outdoor work.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
  • Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
  • Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe items.
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues independently, escalating to a manager when necessary.
  • Support in other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
  • Ensure products and equipment are properly staged when supporting in Returns.
  • Create a positive customer experience with accurate order handoff in Click & Collect.
  • Contribute to an inclusive IKEA culture embracing diversity.

Krav

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Must have work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday as a minimum requirement.
  • Lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Walking frequently.
  • Working outdoors 50% of the time.
