As a Retail Carts Attendant at IKEA in College Park, Maryland, you will ensure a positive customer experience by providing efficient car loading/unloading services and maintaining store amenities. This part-time role requires open availability and offers a pay rate of $19.50/hour.
Ansvarsområden
- Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
- Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
- Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe tools.
- Address customer needs and resolve issues independently, escalating to a manager when necessary.
- Support other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
- Contribute to an inclusive work environment embracing diversity.
Krav
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and walk frequently.
- Willingness to work outdoors 50% of the time.
- Open availability Monday through Sunday.
