I korthet

As a Cart Attendant at IKEA, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by providing efficient cart services, maintaining store tools, and addressing customer needs. This part-time role involves supporting various customer service areas and contributing to an inclusive work environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
  • Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
  • Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Fill physical shopping tools at closing.
  • Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe tools.
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues independently, escalating when necessary.
  • Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
  • Provide a simple and efficient handout experience in FSHO.
  • Ensure products and equipment are properly staged when supporting Returns.
  • Create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff in Click & Collect.
  • Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.

Krav

  • Must be able to work nights & weekends.
  • Lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Walking frequently.
  • Working outdoors 50% of the time.
