Amazon's Account Integrity Team seeks a Capacity Planning & WFM Analyst to manage capacity planning cycles, workforce schedules, and operations analytics. This role involves developing data pipelines, building prediction models, and driving automation using machine learning and BI tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and maintain data sets and pipelines for KPIs and goals tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and present capacity plans to leadership.
  • Drive real-time adherence to expected capacity against actual performance to meet service level and efficiency goals.
  • Communicate changes in contact patterns to operations and program teams.
  • Publish Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and optimize data pipelines.
  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards using SQL and BI tools.
  • Identify process gaps and build mechanisms for improvement.
  • Build and run data pipelines to publish high-quality WBR decks.
  • Perform data analysis to provide insights to Operations, Risk Mining, and Product teams.
  • Lead workforce management to ensure operational metrics meet targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements for annual and quarterly capacity plans.
  • Work with finance partners and contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Finance Reviews.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of Excel or Tableau experience (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
  • Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets.
  • Experience with ETL and Data Warehousing concepts.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
  • Ability to leverage Gen AI tools.
